On the one hand, I really love Delroy Lindo; on the other hand, I don’t think there’s a power on this earth that could compel me to watch a show about Lance Hunter of my own free will.
The actor who will portray Danny Rand (a.k.a Iron Fist) has already been cast and his identity is being kept secret, according to Marvel’s Luke Cage‘s Mike Colter. Colter was vague on whether or not Cage and Rand would meet before The Defenders crossover, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see him put in a cameo appearance in the upcoming Luke Cage series.
